It can be P2W if you want, but there are plenty of ways to get loot and items without money. The more you level up, the more possibilities for loot increases with various minigames and other battle arenas besides the main storyline battles. Also, guild battles and PVP exist if you want to compete, but they are not necessary. Leveling up heroes is interesting, and there's various ways to do so.

performance_and_bugsmonetizationI was really enjoying the game and decided to support it by spending real money to unlock Zenia and Moira. That’s when things went downhill. After the purchase, the event encounter counts reset and I ended up getting nothing for what I paid for. On top of that, I lost progress toward items I’d already been working toward. It’s honestly pretty disappointing. I get that bugs happen, but spending real money and not getting what you paid for is a bad look. I’m sure the devs will eventually ask for

performance_and_bugsdesigncontentIt's pretty good, has a lot of AI generated/assisted art. I do have an issue, after a few minutes playing the UI would bug out with some textures turning into black rectangles and others UI elements just breaking. I had to restart the game every time to fix this.
