    I used it for my flight from the East Coast of the US to Europe last month. I experienced no jet lag at all. Incredible! The first two days overseas are usually such a bummer, dragging yourself around trying not to fall asleep, feeling tired all the time. It wasn't like that this time. I highly recommend this app. Even if you can't stick to it completely, follow it as much as you can. It works!

    Used this app for my trip to Asia and back and had insignificant jetlag. I followed the schedules provided, and for my flight back from Tokyo to San Francisco, I was basically already adjusted to the local time zone the day of. Previously, fixing that kind of jet lag took me about a week. This app saves a lot of time and I'm so glad I found it. Good UI and easy to use. Subscriptions are a bit pricey

    Absolutely amazing! I followed the instructions very closely and felt nearly no jet lag arriving to my destination. I didn't even sleep that well on the plane there, but because I prepped with timeshifter, I felt good. I didn't follow the instructions that closely on my return trip, thinking it would be "easier" to transition back, and I paid the price. It took around 3-4 days to reacclimate. Definitely recommend using this service, and following the instructions closely on BOTH legs of the trip
