App works at a minimum as expected. This feedback is aimed at the driving score section: it's unfair and inaccurate when determining 'distracted driving'. I have had to use my map regularly last week because I wasn't familiar with the location I'm moving in, and the apps tags me looking at my map as distracted driving. Give me an option to resolve this, or increase your reporting accuracy.

Just HORRIBLE! Wasted hours and hours on basic tasks like editing my home address for an omission that the App made in the first place. Also, to switch states...it keeps defaulting back to my old state of residence! Other previously entered information is missing. I'm currently double paying for two memberships (and have been for seven months!) as there is supposedly no way to transfer memberships or to get a refund?! Every phone call requires being bounced around to as many as five people!

Didn't work on Pixel 8 to submit roadside battery replacement, there was no field to type in after selecting button on previous entry. I had to call instead & the roadside assistance phone number is buried in the app, they should make it easier to find if the app doesn't work. App is good for the digital membership card & info.
