Fully Functional, User Friendly I've been using Samsung's Shop app for quite a while now. Their various offers deals and availability of product is as good as, if not better than most retailers. Though I suppose it helps to be a distributor of their own products. After several purchases, including phones, tablets, watches, and televisions, I can confirm that I have experienced no problems or hiccups of any kind. Just smooth and seamless transactions.

I used the trade-in offer for my S22 Ultra, which is in excellent condition, to get S25 Ultra. A month after I got the new phone and sent in the old one, Samsung tells me my old phone doesn't work (this is of course after I'm unable to return the new phone) specifically they say the screen doesn't light up. It worked flawlessly when I sent it in. Luckily, they had the option to return my old phone. Just got old phone back today. Guess what... It works perfectly. A scam to charge me full price!

This was a terrible experience and honestly spoiled the excitement of spending this much money on a new device. I could find no graceful way to go back to the previous screen, so every tap caused anxiety, knowing if it was wrong, I would have to restart. Thankfully, your chat team was able to help me. She was very sweet. The only reason I downloaded this is to get the pre-register discount, and I'm uninstalling as soon as my device gets here. I'll order the peripherals elsewhere.
